Fill out and Submit the Online
Registration Form
Please note that you must be 13 years of age or
older to get a ClubCard. If you are between the ages
of 13-17 you will be required to give us your guardian's
name and a valid guardian's email address.

Pick up your temporary card next time you take class.
Once we move into our new space in May, BDC will take your photo and issue your permanent card.

Have your Guardian fill

filled out by applicants under the age of 13. Your
guardian must fill out this form.
