Do I have to get a BDC ClubCard?
Yes, all students must have a card to access the facility and sign into workshops
and classes; even for just one class or when paying cash.

The BDC ClubCard is absolutely FREE!

How do I get a BDC ClubCard?
First fill out and submit the online registration form. You can access the registration form online at BDCClubCard.com.

After I submit the registration form, what do I do?
After 24 hours, you will be entered into our system. The next time you come into the studio, have your picture taken and you will be issued a keytag with your account number on it.

Can I use an existing photo?
No. We will take your picture at BDC.

What will Broadway Dance Center do with my information?
We do
not share your information with anyone
outside of Broadway Dance Center at anytime without your permission. Please refer to our Privacy
Policy for details.

How do I use my card?
Present your keytag/card each time you sign-in for class and access the facility. You
can use your card to get discounts at participating businesses as well.

What are the benefits of the BDC ClubCard?
This card provides security for students, a speedy sign-in process,
and allows for city-wide discounts.

How do I buy a class card? Is the expiration date still the same?
Class Cards and Union cards will still be issued upon purchase. Please present
your punch card along with you ClubCard at sign in. Expiration dates still
apply on all cards. Union cards have a six month expiration with no extension. Class cards are void one year from date of purchase. After expiration , any
unused classes are subject to a one-time, one-month extension fee.

What do I do if I lose my card?
Please notify us immediately if you lose your card. Your first keytag is completely
free. You may replace a keytag/card that is lost or stolen by requesting a
new card at our kiosk. A replacement card will be issued to you, for a
nominal fee.

Should I let you know if any of the information I included in my registration form changes?
Yes, please let us know right away so that your account remains current at all
times. You will be able to make changes at our kiosk or send
email to
BDCClubCard@bwydance.com.

If I am a minor, do I need my parent's permission to set up an account?
If you are under the age of 13, your parent or guardian will have to fill out
the on-line Guardian Form. However, your
picture (minor) will be on the card.
